How do I enroll?
Log onto IBCcreditcard.com and enter your credit card number in the "Register Now" box. After you click submit, you will have to answer security verification questions. Upon successfully answering those questions, you will choose your User Name and Password. For security purposes, please do not share your User Name or Password with anyone. If you should forget your User Name or Password, simply re-register as a "New Member". You will be prompted to create a new Password.

How Do I access my Credit Card Account?
To access your account online, simply click on the Credit Card link, you will be prompted to enter your User Name and password created during registration.

Payments requested online before 5pm CST, during normal business days, will be processed and posted the same day.

You may use your Credit Card at any merchant that accepts Visa Credit Cards; however, the IBC credit card is not set-up with an online bill pay system.

How do I exit IBC Credit Card Center?
To ensure your IBC credit card information remains private and secure, it is important to log off when you are finished using the system. To exit, click Sign Out and then close the browser.

You are responsible for protecting your account information by limiting access to IBC Credit Card Center. Always follow these important security guidelines:
Keep your name and password secret.
Change your password periodically.
Make sure no one is watching when you log on.

Our Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. CT and Saturday from 8:00 A.M. to 12 noon CT. If you are unable to reach Customer Service, please contact your IBC Bank Representative.

How much can I pay on my Credit Card?
You may pay any amount, up to the full balance owed, on your credit card account.

Unless you elect to receive your statement online, you will still receive a paper statement in the mail.

Who can view company statements?
The designated company representative will have an overview to all company accounts by registering the billing account. The sub-user can also register their account but will only have access to view his/her own account activity.

Where are payments applied?
Payments are applied to the billing account. Transaction balances (debits and credits) from the subaccounts consolidate to the billing account daily. At cycle time, one statement is produced for the billing account that contains the total amount due. Sub accounts receive a statement of their activity.
